These web pages are the result of my experience with cancer and my need to contribute something to the cause for the freedom to choose alternative treatment.
I am Bevan Potter. I have no medical qualifications, I am simply one who was nurtured with a healthy lifestyle but became one of the many victims to modern medicine.
My Ancestors
When my ancestors left their respective homelands of England and Germany in their quest to find work in Australia, they had little knowledge that their descendants with European pedigree of fair skin and blue eyes might not blend easily with the harsh sunlight of Queensland, Australia.
In my childhood we got sunburnt a lot, because we played in the sun without protection. We were told to protect our heads with hats to prevent sunstroke, no mention was made of cancer. The things that appeared on the skin from time to time were pimples or sunspots, easily removed with the appropriate remedy. There was not the incidence of skin cancer that there is today. Why?
Over the past twenty years I have had several skin cancers surgically removed, but I always thought there must be a better way.
Since my last operation I decided to use the technology I know best, to try and find the answer on the internet, before the due date of my next appointment to get more lesions surgically removed.
As I researched the cancer web sites, I continually came across cancer fighting foods which made me remember my upbringing.
My Grandparents
My Grandfather used to grow Grapes and make wonderful Wine. Every Christmas relatives came from all over the country to celebrate and drink his Wine. The Wine and Dried Grapes were regarded as a
valuable part of the diet, and each family took enough to last them until the next year.
Although my Grandfather had good intentions, he would occasionally partake too much of his brew, with the result that my Grandmother would have to go down to the cow bails looking for him. One day finding him at the bottom of the well.
My Grandmother came from Germany, she used to grow Plum Trees and make Jam, Prunes and Preserves. She would crack the shell of the seeds and keep the kernels to be added to the Cakes,
Chutney and Jam. She would tell us to eat the kernels like nuts because they were good for us. She insisted on us eating an Apple a day, seeds and all.
Did they know that this activity was deadly to cancer?
For generations our Grandmothers used to carefully crush the seeds of Plums, Grapes, Cherries, Apples, Apricots and diligently mix them with their home made Jams and Preserves. The seeds of all these fruits are the most potent source of B17 in the world.

Each molecule of B17 contains one unit of cyanide, one unit of benzaldehyde and two of glucose (sugar) tightly locked together
The cyanide is released only at the cancer site with drastic results, which become utterly devastating to the cancer cells.
The diet of primitive man and most fruit-eating animals was very rich in nitrilosides. They regularly ate the seeds (and kernels) of all fruits, since these seeds are rich in protein, polyunsaturated fats, and other nutrients.

Prunes Top Antioxidant Pile
New studies show that in addition to being a good source of fiber, prunes may also help slow the aging process in both the body and brain. The results come from the Jean Mayer USDA Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging at Tufts University.
Scientists measured the total antioxidant power of a number of foods through a test tube analysis called ORAC. Antioxidants protect the body by neutralizing free radicals that damage cells, leading to heart disease, cancer, eye disorders and other health problems.
Of fruits and vegetables tested, prunes topped the list with more than twice the level of antioxidants measured in other high-scoring fruits. Prunes (dried plums) scored 5,570 ORAC units, compared to 949 for fresh plums.
Raisins, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries and raspberries followed prunes at the top of the fruit tests. Kale, spinach, Brussels sprouts, alfalfa sprouts and broccoli flowers led the vegetables.
Dr. Krebs also notes that nitriloside isolated and identified over a century ago in Germany.
Just as the German chemists Huber and Weidel in 1873 first synthesized niacin through the oxidation of nicotine about forty years after Wohler and Liebig in your country first isolated and identified the first nitriloside, amygdalin, and just as niacin was destined half a century later to be identified and defined as the factor that prevents and cures pellagra in man, so we find that the nitriloside isolated and identified over a century ago in Germany likewise is now achieving the status of a vitamin--vitamin B-17. Let us hope that like niacin it has at least left the chemical museum to serve the impelling needs of improved nutrition.

Yes, our Grandparents could have known, but somewhere it got lost in a myriad of misinformation fed to us by modern medicine.
My Parents
We lived in a small farming community on the outskirts of Brisbane.
I went to school with children that were mostly descendants of German pioneers, so we learned a lot of German tradition.
The neighborhood was abundant with wild edible berries and flowers, such as Gooseberries and Nasturtiums, that we used to eat on the way to school.
My Father grew a lot of small crops, but his Strawberry patch was his pride and joy. The Strawberries were very sweet and almost as big as my little fist, so it didn't take many to fill us. I have never seen Strawberries as big in fifty years.
My school friends and I used to love those Strawberries so much, that we would occasionally raid the patch, if we were caught in the act, my Father would chase us with the Copper Stick. (The Copper Stick was a piece of rounded timber about three feet long, that was used to stir the clothes in the Copper. The Copper was a large 15 gallon pot made of copper, used for boiling dirty clothes.) The Copper was also used for my Fathers attempts to brew beer, but almost every time he drank it, my Mother would find him laying in the chook pen, completely immobilized, sometimes with the bantam rooster on his head. He always tried to catch that rooster after drinking his home brew, and the little rooster knew when he had the upper hand.
My Mother used to cook in Lard, spread Butter and Cheese on our Grain Bread and make cakes with plenty of fruit, nuts and seeds inside. She would make Chicken Broth with whole Chicken, Barley and Vegetables, Beef Stews with Kidney and Vegetables. She had cans of Strawberry Conserve with whole Strawberries inside, cans of Apricot Conserve with Apricot seeds inside, home cooked Beetroot to go with the fresh salad, Raspberry Juice for us to drink on a hot day, and she always had a jar of Salve
for the removal of sunspots. (I have recently learned that the Salve was made from Devils Apple, but I have never found the recipe).
These things were automatic to her, passed down from generations of survival instincts. She could not have known the complexities of therapeutic nutrition as we know it today, or could she?

Raspberry fruit juice can kill the virulent bacteria that causes gastroenteritis, Australian scientists reported on Thursday.
Experiments with pure raspberry juice and commercial cordials at Charles Sturt University in Wagga Wagga, southern New South Wales, have shown the farmers' remedy has scientific validity, Dr Heather Cavanagh said.
Scots-born Cavanagh and Dr Jenny Wilkinson from the school of biomedical sciences found that concentrated raspberry juice kills e-coli, salmonella, mycobacterium and staphylococci among other bugs.
"We have been told that if Riverina calves suddenly develop diarrhoea, local farmers don't call the vet, they simply add a couple of litres of raspberry cordial to their drinking trough," Dr Cavanagh said.
"We're also told that residents along the Queensland coast regularly indulge in this habit themselves and willingly pass on their knowledge to holiday-makers for a 'problem-free' holiday," she added.
Even commercial parrot and finch breeders and chicken factories add the cordial to the birds' drinking water in the belief that it prevents gastroenteritis and salmonella infection, according to Dr Cavanagh.
"As the foremost anecdotal use of this cordial is by cattle, pig and chicken farmers and cage bird breeders, it would appear Australia has been harbouring a secret agricultural weapon that may now be utilised by all," she said.

A cup of black raspberries a day may help keep esophageal cancer at bay. Researchers found evidence in rats that black raspberries may both prevent the onset of esophageal cancer as well as inhibit precancerous growth already underway.
"Black raspberries are loaded with nutrients and phytochemicals that may prevent the development of cancer," said Gary Stoner, a study co-author and a professor of public health at Ohio State University.
Stoner, who has also found similar anti-carcinogenic effects with strawberries, said the study results suggest that a daily diet of about 1.4 to 2 cups of fresh berries may be ideal for staving off certain types of cancer.

The colour of black/purple/red grapes, blackberries, blueberries, red wine and red cabbage consists of anthocyanins, the individual molecules and active form of PACs. The pigment of beetroot belongs to a subgroup of anthocyanins, the betacyanins. Both groups have strong antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties and improve the elasticity of blood vessels and skin. PACs, anthocyanins and betacyanins also help to restore normal oxidative metabolism or cell respiration. With this, they are important not only for normalising cancer cells but also with chronic fatigue and general lack of energy by taking the role of oxygen as electron acceptors.

Dr Johanna Budwigs research has demonstrated that certain wavelengths of sunlight vibrate at the same frequency as the chemical bonds in unsaturated fatty acids (trans fatty oils are unsaturated). This, she feels, leads to early mutations that can become skin cancers. Additionally, Dr Budwig feels that for a free flow of nutrients to your cells and elimination of toxins, your body needs the supersaturated fatty acids (Omega-3 oils) bound to protein (especially bound to protein if your liver is weak).
Budwig's theories from the fifties have been proven in the nineties. The World Health Organization has published statistics on skin cancer rates of various nations. Take a good look at Mexico. Skin cancer was once virtually unknown there. Today their rates of melanoma are approaching those of the US. We are told to stay out of the sun. The only sun bathers in Mexico, except for the extreme rich (less than 1% of the population) are vacationers. Yet how did their incidence of skin cancer quadruple over night? Ozone layer effect?
The answer is actually quite simple. For centuries Mexicans have cooked in lard. America's advertising is far reaching and the Mexicans, especially along the US border, to be in vogue and tasteful, have bought into our lies and picked up on many of our habits. Lard usage has dropped, margarine usage has risen, and you can graph its rise right along with the rise of skin cancer. The proof lies in the low incidence of skin cancer among the poor in low population density areas away from modern supermarkets. Their skin cancer rates have not increased. They still use lard.

Grandmother Knew Best
Science validates what our grandmothers knew. Rich homemade chicken broths help cure colds. Stock contains minerals in a form the body can absorb easilynot just calcium but also magnesium, phosphorus, silicon, sulphur and trace minerals. It contains the broken down material from cartilage and tendons--stuff like chondroitin sulphates and glucosamine, now sold as expensive supplements for arthritis and joint pain.

Dairy Farms
I was principally raised on a dairy farm on the outskirts of Brisbane.
On the farm we used to milk about 50 cows in the morning and afternoon.
About 5:AM, I would get the cattle dogs and set off by foot to round them up, which was about 2 miles away on the other side of a creek. The frost and ice on the ground made my toes numb, but I hated wearing shoes. The water in the creek was warm compared to the air, so I would stand in it for a while before crossing.
When I arrived at the cattle, the dogs rounded them up for me, and the cows would all start to empty out, this was the best part of the day. All around was hot steaming piles of cow dung, just waiting to thaw out my numb feet.
All the cows were hand milked, (no milking machines then), bails were washed out and the milk was put into 12 gallon cans with taps on the bottom of the can. The milk cans were loaded onto the milk cart, the cart had a tail gate with holes for the taps to poke through. The milk was delivered to our customers with tin cans and emptied into jugs that were placed on the front steps of the houses.
After the milk run, I would be dropped off at school, It was usual for boys from dairy farms to arrive late for school, coming directly from the cow bails the classroom sometimes smelled like a cow yard.
My feet were always bleeding but they were so hard underneath that I could run over bindi-eyes (sharp prickles) with
out being hurt. In those days, most boys didn't wear shoes to school like the girls. As you can see in the school photo of my sister Carol, my brother Merv and myself, it is winter because we are wearing jackets, Carol is dressed in shoes with nice white socks, in contrast, Merv and myself are shoeless..
I can't remember being sick. Why didn't I get Tetanus? Why wasn't I bed ridden with Pneumonia? What would modern doctors do in a situation where a child was taken to him with bleeding, frost bitten and filthy feet?
My inbuilt reactive therapy was to stand in warm cow dung, run with the dogs, eat Berries on the way and have a warm drink from the first cow milked. There were no vaccines or Tetanus needles.

Microbes have a POSITIVE effect in our bodies, not negative. Louis Pasteur (the guy who is famed for pasteurizing milk) even recanted on his death bed and declared that germs, in themselves, are NOT the problem. Other scientists since then have declared this true, too.
As detailed in the work of Aajonus, in his book, WWTL, bacteria and virii, etc, feed off of dead and dying tissue, not healthy ones and are thus desperately NEEDED in your body's natural cleansing and rebuilding processes that it carries on every day. Scientific evidence does not support the safety of immunizations.
Safety studies on vaccinations are limited to short time periods only: several days to several weeks. There are NO (NONE!) long-term (months to years) safety studies on any vaccination or immunization.
There is small but increasing scientific evidence of long-term side effects from immunizations that need much more study.

It should be pointed out that today's children receive 22 or more vaccines before school age, whereas today's senior citizens received only one, the smallpox vaccine. Some of these vaccines contain mercury, although the impact of this potentially toxic metal remains unknown as concerns the vaccines. It is well known that many doctors refuse to vaccinate themselves and their families. In the Feb. 20, 1981, issue of the Journal of the American Medical Association, an article entitled "Rubella Vaccine in Susceptible Hospital Employees, Poor Physician Participation" reports that the lowest vaccination rate among medical personnel for the German measles vaccine occurred among obstetrician/gynecologists and the next lowest rate occurred among pediatricians. The authors conclude, "The fear of unforeseen vaccination reactions was the main reason for the low uptake rate of physicians to be vaccinated."

When the government purchased farms for immigrant housing, there were no jobs for farmers. In those days, there was no easy money from the government and we had to travel, as our ancestors did, to find work.
My first travels led me to the work that I knew , dairy farms in South West Queensland. I was told again, as I was taught early, that the Skimmed Milk was for the Pigs, Cream was valuable for Our Health, Butter and Cheese was also valuable for Our Later Use. Why is this important?

With a lactose content of 52 percent in skim-milk powder, you may now realise how dangerous the current fad is for using low-fat ice-cream, yogurt, cottage cheese and so forth, instead of full-fat products. Such low-fat foods are made from skim-milk powder and contain three to five times as much lactose as the equivalent full-fat foods. Sometimes skim-milk powder is even added to butter. Therefore read the label and avoid butter that lists 'non-fat milk solids' as one of the ingredients.
Skim-milk powder is also a favourite additive to many other commercial foods, such as bread and other baking products, sausages and margarine. The health-food industry is equally fond of adding lactose to many products such as soya milk and dandelion coffee. Lactose is often used as a filler in white tablets. Cell salts are almost pure lactose. Try to avoid white tablets if the label does not state that they are free of lactose or are low-allergy tablets.

Work on dairy farms was long days, long weeks and short pay.
It was my job to get out of bed at 4:AM, catch the horse, herd the cows to the bails and start the milking. Some of the milk was separated into cream and the milk and cream was taken to the roadside shelter for the milk truck to collect, the milking was usually finished by 7:AM , and it was time for breakfast.
After breakfast there was a variety of jobs, dip the cattle, mend the fences, fix the water pumps and windmills, service the tractors, sow the grain and take the pigs to market.
At 3:PM we went through the same ritual as the morning milking, the only difference being that after dinner I had to get the tractor and plow the fields for an hour before retiring for the night.
When I was about fourteen, my boss took me to get a truck license, exaggerating my age so that I could drive the pigs to market. The policeman probably would have known I was under age, but it seemed to be a common occurance with dairy farm boys to get a license early. We worked seven days per week every week with no holidays, (cows have to be milked every day forever), for the astronomical pay of 30 shillings ($3) per week plus keep.
When I was about thirteen, I wanted to be a Jockey, and the Trainer told me to take up smoking to keep my weight down. I asked my Father, and he told me that it must be OK, because the Doctor had told my Aunty the same thing. I continued to smoke late in my life, only because Doctors and Medical Scientists said that it was safe. Yes, the same ones that have told the Public that Laetrile and Escharotic Salves are Quack Remedies.

Among other things, he has denied that smoking can cause cancer... "People would have consider Dr Tage Voss' statements on smoking differently if they had known that he was paid by Philip Morris," says the chairman of the Ethics Committee of the Danish Medical Association, Ms Hanne Mollerup, to the news bureau Ritzau. Philip Morris' own records show that the today 82-year old Tage Voss has been on the company payroll for years...

The Big Fence
From dairy farms in South West Queensland, I went with my older Brother and some German Fence Post Cutters, to the Western Queensland boarder.
Our job was to build some of the famous Dingo Fence, the longest fence in the world, across some of the most uninhabited desert in the country.
Our camp was on the edge of the Simpson Desert, and we slept in little tents which were occasionally blown away by the Willy-Willys. The temperature often reached 122 degrees Fahrenheit (50 degrees Celsius).
Our German co-workers had some amazing survival instincts. When we ran out of supplies, they would use an old army jeep to run down the wild pigs, cut their throats and hang them on the bull-bar to drain the blood. They made Sausages with parts of the pig, then hung the salted meat on a tree to dry.
They would make Sauerkraut and put it in bottles, in case we got marooned from flood water. In that part of the country you can be cut off from civilization for months.
The Germans were very regimental, and would get very angry with me if I asked too many questions about their butchery activities. One day I asked them about the maggots crawling on the meat before it was salted, and the angry reply was: Achtung!, don't look at eeet, vot you don't seee vont huuurt you, and from the other one: gehen Sie zu Ihrem kleinen Jungen des Zeltes, bevor Sie einen Stoß im Arsch erhalten . I think that means: go to your tent little boy, before you get a kick in the arse.
We used to get supplies once every two weeks. The water was kept in 44 gallon drums, when we ran short of water and there wasn't enough to wash with, one of the Germans would tell me to wash my hands with my urine, because it was cleaner than the water from the Billabong (Water-Hole). I used to worry about what he washed his hands with, while I was eating his Sausages.
Water in the Billabong was mud, but if we got there early in the morning before the
pigs stirred it up, we would be able to skim enough clear water from the top, to fill the water bags for the day. Thousands of birds had the same idea, because that was the only time of the day I would see them drink there.
My Brother would make Damper with Whole Wheat Flour. He would mix the Flour with the Muddy Water, then add a packet of Grain and Dried Fruit. He would then dig a hole in the ground, fill it with burning embers from the camp fire, throw the mixture on top of the embers, cover it with more ashes and dirt, and leave it for about an hour, then dig it out and serve it on the shovel.
In that part of the country, the little black flies are so bad at times, that you have to put mosquito nets over your head and tie them around your neck. They are so thick that they get in your eyes, up your nose and in your mouth. If you try to brush them away, you will get dozens of dead ones in your hand.
My Brother used to make a Stew every week. When he had the meat and vegetables in the pot, it then became impossible to put the lid on without catching flies inside. When I told him there was flies in the Stew, he simply told me that they don't eat much, and the Stew would have a bit more Protein.
If I complained, I was reminded that our Ancestors never knew such luxury as fresh supplies twice a month.
In those days there were no Refrigerators, and we didnt have the luxury of having an Ice Box like we did at home. Water was kept cool in Canvas Water Bags. When I got thirsty, it became a race to get the water to my mouth before the ants on the water bag and the flies on the mosquito net. I got used to the flies and ants winning the race.
Todays Medical Experts would say that we probably should have died with such poor hygiene, but none of us ever had a sick day, except from the periodic over-use of alcohol. So why didn't we get sick?
Our daily diet consisted of Fruit, Rolled Oats with Full Cream Powdered Milk, Salted Meat or Stew, Baked Beans, Sauerkraut, Damper with Raspberry or Apricot Jam, Beer, Black Tea or Raspberry Cordial.

Droving Cattle
From fencing, I went droving cattle in the far North West, where I was told how Salted Beef and Baked Beans was to be our staple diet. I was taught by an Aboriginal Stockman the nutritional value of Grass,
Weeds, Berries, Flowers and Seeds. I was told to urinate on skin problems such as bites, stings, sunspots, blisters, tinea and warts.
Our meals were all based on Beef, (Stewed, Salted, Marinated) and we always carried Dried Beef Strips in our pocket. Getting enough Salt into our body was critical, as I learned on the Dingo Fence when I was immobilized with crippling cramps in my legs, the Salted Beef Strips were essential for keeping Salt and Minerals up to our body.
One day, I asked the Aboriginal Stockman how to identify good Berries from bad ones, and he told me to watch the Birds, if the birds eat them they are safe for us to eat, if the birds don't eat them they are probably poison. (Cancer was unknown to the Aboriginal before the invasion of White Man.)

What a shame we have demonized red meat because this is one modern food, enjoyed by almost everybody, that is rich in nutrients. Red meat provides complete protein, including sulphur-containing proteins like cysteine. Beef is a wonderful source of taurine and carnitine, needed for healthy eyes and a healthy heart. Beef also provides another key nutrient for the cardiovascular systemcoenzyme Q10.
Beef is an excellent source of minerals like magnesium and zincyou need zinc for clear thinking and a healthy sex life. Nathan Pritikin developed a low-fat, low-protein and high-complex carbohydrate diet in the 1970s due to his obesity and clogged arteries. His program required a very low-calorie diet and was strictly against the use of any vitamin, minerals or other supplements. He reversed both of these conditions but died of suicide after battling leukemia, cancer of the bone marrow. Studies have now shown that his low-fat, low-protein diet causes cancer. He was warned by others that his diet had less vitamin E than minimum standards. It was also deficient in essential amino acids and essential fatty acids. His book was titled, Permanent Weight-Loss Manual and indeed he had a permanent weight loss, 100%. Patients at his Centre for Longevity who followed the diet and didn't cheat also suffered a multitude of other medical problems. This failed diet plan is described in the book, Beyond Pritikin by Ann Louise Gittleman, former Pritikin Institute nutritionist. She now proposes a diet just the opposite with high-protein, high-fat and low-carbohydrates in her book, Eat Fat, Lose Weight.

While not so pleasant on the tastebuds, fresh young grasses and green edible weeds have a much greater healing potential than the vegetables commonly used for juicing. In particular, they are very much higher in their content of life-force and enzymes. Instead of working hard to maintain a big vegetable garden, I believe it to be easier and healthier to let a large part of the garden overgrow with suitable grasses and edible weeds. To find out which weeds are edible, ask a knowledgeable friend or neighbours, or observe what goats or poultry are eating, or chew a bit of a leaf. If it is not bitter it is not likely to be poisonous and there are no poisonous grasses.

Shearing Sheds
From droving cattle, I went to the shearing sheds.
I was now 16 years of age, in three years my income had progressed from Thirty Shillings (Three Dollars) a week plus keep to Ten Pounds (Twenty Dollars) a week plus keep. My working hours had been reduced, from 14 hours a day 7 days a week to 8 hours a day 5 days a week, I didnt know what to do with all my spare time.
In every shearing shed there is the Shearers Cook, who is responsible for cooking meals that will keep all the Shearers happy.
At one shearing shed, we had a Cook who served us Mutton, Potatoes and Onions every day without
much variation. The result was, that the Shearers quota of shorn sheep fell by 30 percent, they all started to get drunk and fight every night.
One night, we decided to have an urgent meeting where it was unanimously decided to sack the Cook. It was decided to dispatch the Cook forthwith, so that we could raid the pantry (the pantry is normally reserved for the Cook). In the pantry, we found dozens of bottles of overproof rum. We knew why we had malnutrition - the Cook must have been drunk all day.
The next day, the Shearing Contractor had acquired the services of another Cook. He was a professional Chef from a Gold Coast Motel, and he knew what was needed to make the Shearers happy again.
The new Chef organized new supplies to be shipped to the shed, and replenish the pantry. The first night was like a party for us. The new Chef provided us with several menus, that would only be seen at High Class Motels. Besides the Main Meal of varied Meats and Vegetables, there was Plum Puddings, Fruit Cakes, Fresh Fruit and that little red bottle that seemed to be everywhere, Raspberry Juice, standing there on the table with all the Sauces and Herbs.
Within a couple of days, the gun Shearer was shearing his 250 sheep per day, and all the others were back on their quota. The nights became a happy occasion, with less beer drinking and fighting.
One day, I asked the Cook why everybody was so happy since he came on the scene. His answer to me was, Its all in the food my boy. You are what you eat. And before you ask about the Raspberry Juice, that is my Insurance Policy. It's for you to take, if I make a mistake and you get a belly ache.

Science had believed for centuries that the nervous system was the supreme coordinator of bodily functioning, despite the many marvels of coordination and balance which nervous workings couldnt explain. The carbohydrates which keep the adrenals healthy are those which are slowly absorbed and are the bodily conversion products of proteins and fats and of green vegetables and fruits.

Free radicals are potentially dangerous substances produced naturally by the body. The Gold Coast
In my early adult life, I lived on the Gold Coast where we surfed and worked in the sun. We were told to stay
sun tanned to prevent burning, and use Suntan Spray (Tea Tree Oil and Aloe Vera) to prevent skin damage and heal burns, and the sea would fix everything else.
In the early days on the Gold Coast, there used to be a Suntan Man. The Suntan Man had a spray gun attached to a long hose, he used to be at Surfers Paradise all day, spraying anybody who wanted a safe tan. I believe his spray consisted of Tea Tree Oil, Aloe Vera and other things. The spray gave people a golden tan, and over the years I have not met anybody that used his formula that has skin cancer.

If the Suntan Man was to resume his activities today, and claim that his recipe killed Skin Cancer, he would be arrested for practicing Quack Medicine. You can no longer buy the Salve to fix sunspots, (early Skin Cancer) or buy Apricot Seeds, because they are a banned substance. So, it was the Wall Street Journal that blew the whistle on the fraud at the American Heart Association.

The idea that too much animal fat and high cholesterol is dangerous
to your heart and vessels is nothing but a myth.
Cholesterol is not a deadly poison, but a substance vital to the cells of all mammals. However, lifestyle and genetic factors may influence the amount of cholesterol we have in our blood. A high cholesterol reading is not dangerous by itself, but may reflect an unhealthy condition, or it may be totally innocent!
The new cholesterol-lowering drugs - "the statins" - are not a safe way to lower cholesterol.

So, I have proven that the Food my Grandmother and my Mother prepared for us was Life Giving, but the Food Guidelines, given to us from the Medical Association are Life Threatening. If my Grandmother, my Mother, the Dairy Farmers, the German Post Cutters, and the Shearers Cook could make us healthy with food alone, then Medical Research has gone backwards in the last 50 years.
I have heard it said that the human population is getting older. But these factors should be taken into consideration. Half the world youth used to be wiped out in wars, Men and Women used to take greater risks with unsafe work machinery and with unsafe transport. Doctors have become more efficient at putting broken bodies back together and replacing worn out parts. But, that has nothing to do with why cancer is out of control in our society, while in some societies it's unheard of.
